Depending on the violation, we might decide to disable your account or permanently delete it. Here’s what will happen if will disable your account.

Disabled Account: When your account is disabled, you won’t be able to post a service or purchase a service. If you have any funds in your account, you can withdraw these funds without issues. A disabled account can still be re-enabled if you appeal, although no guarantee that you’ll get your account back will be issued here.

Deleted Account: When your account gets deleted, it is permanent. You’ll lose all the funds in your account, all your posted service will be deleted too. This is an extreme measure and we rarely take action as extreme as this however, depending on the level of violation with your account, we might have to use this measure to put an end to the violation.
